I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and made even better by the super fantastic Eiger view. The bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the lack of in-room facilities for making tea was a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was very comfortable and had a great view on the Eiger, making it lovely with a great view. The service was top-notch, with the two service counter staff being really nice and extremely helpful, especially Nicole, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location was very convenient, minutes from the village and close to the Grindelwald train station. The dining experience was simple but good, and the facilities were just what I needed for a pleasant stay.
